Pricing
Many factors come into play when pricing custom cabinetry. The species of wood and its current market price, cabinet style, number of drawers, type of hardware, type of finish, and options such as pull-outs and dividers to name a few. Please contact us and we will be glad to meet with you to gain an understanding of your cabinet needs and will promptly work up a free quotation for your project.
We can quote commercial jobs from a set of prints and specifications sent by email, posted on-line, or mailed. We will promptly assess the plans and deliver a quotation for the requested work.
Warranty
Residential Technology, Incorporated warranties cabinetry and millwork against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of installation. The warranty does not cover panel movement, cracking or separation due to prolonged exposure to humidity extremes, moisture, high temperatures, industrial solvents such as acetone (a major component in fingernail polish removers), and normal wear and tear.
Payment Policy
Unless other arrangements are made in writing, a fifty percent deposit is required prior to the ordering of materails and start of production. The final fifty percent is due upon cabinet installation. Larger projects may be done in phases in which case either or both the deposit and subsequent payments may be spread over multiple dates.
Unpaid balances over thirty days past the invoice date may be considered delinquent, and will be subject to a thirty percent collection fee plus any incurred court and legal fees. Warranty work will not be performed for accounts that are delinquent.
